Regional Field Collection Manager - Sulawesi

The Regional Field Collection Manager - Sulawesi at Cermati Fintech Group is responsible for overseeing and managing the company's collection operations within the Sulawesi region. This role involves ensuring compliance with established regulations and collaborating with top management to maintain operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include managing collection operations, liaising with the Collection Head and other top management, reviewing and improving collection processes through data-driven analysis, collaborating with various functions to boost efficiency, adjusting operational budgets to balance costs and credit losses, managing customer support processes to enhance satisfaction, and overseeing staffing, resource allocation, and KPI setting to meet the company's growth targets.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university and have at least 3 years of proven experience as a Collection Operation Manager or in an equivalent position. Essential skills include strong organizational and leadership abilities, outstanding communication and people management skills, sound knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, and a high level of self-management and motivation. Experience in managing consumer lending products or in a multi-finance company is preferred.
