In this role, the specialist will execute ID.me's talent marketing plan across various platforms, including the careers site, LinkedIn Life page, Glassdoor, and social media channels. Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, they will gather employee stories, photos, and team highlights, utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to draft and refine content. Additionally, the specialist will oversee onboarding communications and workflows, ensuring new hires are informed and engaged from offer acceptance through their first 90 days. They will also present at new hire orientation sessions, sharing ID.me's story, culture, and mission to help new employees feel welcomed and excited from day one.
Candidates should have experience in talent marketing, employer branding, or recruiting operations, with a strong ability to create compelling content and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using AI tools for content creation and data analysis is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves close collaboration with various teams and direct interaction with new hires.
