Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator at WPP Media plays a pivotal role within the Emerging Talent team, focusing on early career talent for summer internships and entry-level Associate positions. This position is integral to delivering exceptional candidate experiences and supporting the company's strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities include providing administrative support to the recruitment team, coordinating candidate interviews, managing job postings, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The coordinator also serves as the primary point of contact for candidates, arranges interview schedules, assists with onboarding processes, and monitors communication channels with prospective candidates and internal colleagues.

The ideal candidate should possess strong customer service and communication skills to build trust and respect among teammates, colleagues, and candidates. Exceptional organizational abilities, situational awareness, and the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively are essential. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams is advantageous, along with an interest in social media and marketing to develop creative campaigns for attracting early talent.
