CannonDesign is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for mid and senior-level positions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design (AEI) sectors. This remote role involves collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, source and assess candidates, and ensure a positive hiring experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting, particularly within AEI or related professional services environments, and possess strong skills in sourcing, screening, and building effective working relationships across the organization.
