Receptionist

The Law Offices Of Chip Forstall, a leading personal injury law firm in New Orleans with over 30 years of experience and more than 40,000 cases won, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. This role is integral to our mission of providing exceptional client service and upholding our firm's reputation for excellence and community impact.

As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist will answer incoming calls promptly, greet clients and visitors warmly, manage client files accurately, maintain a clean and professional front office environment, and collect client feedback to contribute to service improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong verbal communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, the ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask under pressure, a polished and professional appearance, and the capability to work independently and make informed decisions without constant direction.
