As a Realisatiemanager Infra & Techniek at BESIX Unitec, you will oversee the preparation and execution of multiple technical infrastructure projects. This role involves leading project implementation from design handover to completion, collaborating closely with project management, work preparation, and engineering teams. Your primary responsibilities include managing the execution phase by coordinating subcontractors, assembly partners, commissioning teams, and suppliers. You will monitor project progress, quality, costs, and safety throughout the realization process. Additionally, you will coordinate commissioning, testing (FAT/SAT), delivery, and transfer to operations. Assessing and influencing the feasibility of designs, identifying bottlenecks, and providing technical and organizational solutions are also key aspects of this role. Serving as the technical point of contact for clients, engineers, and executing parties during project realization is essential.
The ideal candidate holds a completed HBO or WO degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, Installation Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in executing or realizing technical projects, preferably within infrastructure, tunnel technical installations, or industrial automation, is required. Strong technical insight and organizational overview are crucial, along with experience in managing execution teams, subcontractors, and commissioning processes. Familiarity with Systems Engineering, testing methodologies (FAT/SAT), safety and health plans, and execution documentation is advantageous. Proactive communication skills, decisiveness, and the ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues are essential qualities.
