Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Lead Coordination & ISA Support)
Assist World is seeking two part-time Real Estate Virtual Assistants to enhance lead coordination and support internal agent communications. This role is pivotal in managing inbound lead appointments, ensuring swift assignment to available agents, and maintaining efficient internal workflows within a dynamic real estate environment.
Key responsibilities include monitoring inbound appointment requests from real estate agents, identifying available agents based on predefined schedules, and confirming their availability via text or call. The role also involves reassigning leads within the CRM system, Follow Up Boss, and accurately updating lead records. Additionally, the assistant will communicate primarily with internal agents to ensure seamless handover of appointments and, on rare occasions, contact clients to reschedule appointments using guided scripts.
Candidates must possess strong English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent and be comfortable handling phone communications with agents and clients. High organization, responsiveness, multitasking abilities, and basic administrative and CRM experience are essential. A reliable internet connection and the ability to work during Pacific Standard Time business hours are required. Preferred qualifications include experience in real estate or working with agents, familiarity with Follow Up Boss, and prior experience in inside sales or appointment setting.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from $700 to $750.
