Real Estate Counsel, CloudKitchens - Sao Paulo
CloudKitchens is seeking a Real Estate Counsel to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this position, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting real estate and commercial contracts, offering expert legal advice on commercial and operational matters, and structuring agreements related to partnerships with restaurants and procurement. Additionally, you will handle documents concerning SaaS partnerships, API integrations, and technology service orders, while addressing a wide range of operational, commercial, and product counseling matters, particularly focusing on municipal regulatory demands, commercial contracts, and consumer disputes.
The ideal candidate will possess a law degree (LL.B or equivalent) and be admitted to the Brazilian Bar (OAB). A strong background with 4-6 years of relevant experience in Real Estate and Technology industries, gained in a law firm and/or in-house role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, is essential. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required, with advanced or fluent English and intermediate Spanish levels; advanced Spanish is a plus. Experience in drafting and negotiating agreements in both Portuguese and English is crucial, and knowledge of employment law and HR demands, including responses to governmental fiscalizations, inquiries, and investigations, is beneficial.
