Radar Software Engineer (C++)- Security Clearance Required

Latitude Inc. is seeking a Radar Software Engineer to join our team in Camden, NJ. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for radar systems, emphasizing C++ development and modeling & simulation (M&S). The position requires an active Secret clearance or higher.

Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining C++ software for radar applications, enhancing modeling and simulation environments, developing algorithms for radar signal processing, and performing system-level modeling to evaluate radar performance. The engineer will also integrate software with hardware systems, optimize code for real-time execution, analyze simulation results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Candidates must have experience in signal processing, real-time systems, and developing scalable, high-fidelity simulations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.
