As a Sample Collector (m/f/d) at Eurofins Institut Jäger GmbH in Tübingen, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting professional and customer-friendly sampling of solids, groundwater, and wastewater. Your role involves planning routes and appointments independently in coordination with clients to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating sampling protocols in accordance with current guidelines and standards, as well as maintaining, servicing, and repairing sampling equipment and vehicles. A strong commitment to quality is essential, as you will actively contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and addressing the root causes of any errors to prevent future occurrences.
Ideal candidates possess a solid technical understanding and a meticulous, responsible work ethic. While a background in technical or scientific fields—such as training as a Chemical-Technical Assistant, Biological-Technical Assistant, or Environmental Protection Technical Assistant—is advantageous, career changers with a keen interest in this new field are also encouraged to apply. Enthusiasm, physical resilience, flexibility, and teamwork are crucial attributes. Proficiency in German, both spoken and written, is required, along with a valid Class B driver's license to facilitate on-site client visits.
