Quality Manager (M/F)

Eurofins is seeking a Quality Manager to coordinate and support quality initiatives within the company. This role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with department managers and teams to implement enhancement actions. The Quality Manager will also prepare and submit quality performance reports to the Eurofins Group and support the development of the Quality Assurance program through standardization and clear definition of requirements.

Key responsibilities include delivering training sessions on quality assurance topics, assisting in resolving day-to-day quality-related issues, planning and conducting quality audits, and collaborating with international Eurofins teams to align and improve quality processes. Additionally, the role involves supporting tasks related to microbiological laboratory processes.

The ideal candidate will possess a university degree, preferably with a technical background, and a minimum of three years of experience in a quality-driven environment with structured problem-solving practice. Proven knowledge and practical experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 17025 standards within a laboratory environment are essential. Experience in the laboratory sector, particularly in microbiology, is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, goal orientation, and proficiency in quality tools such as 8D, 5WHY, FMEA, A4, and PDCA are required. Fluency in Lithuanian and English is necessary.
