Quality Controller - Telecom
About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Quality Controller – Telecom to ensure our products meet the highest quality, safety, and regulatory standards consistently. In this role, you will inspect, test, and evaluate materials and finished products to identify defects or improvement opportunities. You will collaborate closely with production and engineering teams to drive corrective actions and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities
• Conduct routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Document inspection findings in logs, reports, and quality records; communicate results to relevant departments.
• Identify product defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions to production and engineering teams.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement quality procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Participate in internal and external audits to support quality management system compliance.
• Maintain calibration and maintenance records for testing and inspection equipment.
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher in quality management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Statistical Process Control – SPC).
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards such as ISO 9001.
• Proficiency with inspection and testing equipment and software.
