QC Raw Materials Sampling Group Leader
The QC Raw Materials Sampling Group Leader at Eurofins is responsible for overseeing the collection and management of raw material samples used in the manufacturing process. This role involves working within the Quality Control department to ensure that all sampling activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include collecting solid and liquid samples from raw materials, handling and documenting samples according to established procedures, performing quality analyses on containers, and calibrating instruments before use. The Group Leader also uses sterile techniques to gown into cleanroom environments, maintains laboratory supplies, and performs housekeeping tasks. Additionally, the role involves training new employees on GMP-related responsibilities, participating in cross-functional teams, and investigating quality deviations to prevent reoccurrences.
The ideal candidate should have laboratory experience, at least one year of cGMP experience, strong computer and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. A strong work ethic and the ability to meet physical demands, such as lifting objects over 25 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working in cleanroom environments with strict hygiene standards, are also essential.
