QC Project Manager - Microbiology Pharma (80 - 100%)

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a QC Project Manager to oversee microbiology-focused customer projects, including environmental and utility testing, within our BioPharma Product Testing division in Switzerland. This role involves managing project deliverables, ensuring GMP-compliant execution, and contributing to the growth of our services in the region.

Key responsibilities include supervising customer projects with a focus on microbiology, planning and organizing project deliverables, configuring projects in the LIMS system, approving analysis results and reports, and supporting ongoing customer projects. The role also involves processing laboratory deviations, collaborating on quotations, optimizing processes, and reviewing SOPs.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in life sciences, such as pharmacy, biochemistry, or biology, with a preference for microbiology. A minimum of three years of experience in a regulated environment (ISO 17025, GLP, or GMP) is required, along with expertise in pharmaceutical quality control in microbiology and clean water analysis. Strong customer orientation, proficiency in IT and Office applications, and experience with LIMS systems are essential. Project management experience, teamwork, reliability, and fluency in German and English are also important, with French language skills considered an advantage.
