QA Intern

Instawork is seeking detail-oriented QA Clipper Interns to join our team. As a QA Clipper Intern, you will be responsible for reviewing long-form videos and creating high-quality clips based on clearly defined rubrics and training provided by our team. This role offers a fully remote internship with daily payouts, performance incentives, and clear milestones.

Your primary responsibilities will include watching long-form videos at 4x speed, creating accurate clips strictly based on QA rubrics and training, ensuring clips meet quality, timing, and relevance standards, maintaining daily productivity targets, and following feedback to improve clipping accuracy over time. The daily target is 30 hours of video clipping per day, achievable by watching content at 4x speed.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently in a remote setting, and a willingness to learn and adapt based on feedback. No prior experience is required, but a keen eye for quality and adherence to guidelines is essential.

The internship offers a stipend of ₹24,000 per month, with additional performance-based bonuses. The position provides flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home, making it suitable for individuals seeking a remote work experience.
