BetterHelp is seeking a Provider Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team dedicated to expanding access to mental health services. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies to rapidly grow our network of licensed therapists. As part of the Provider Growth team, you will report directly to the Senior Manager of Provider Growth and collaborate with various departments to enhance our mental health marketplace.

Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, contacting therapists, and driving the contracting process to onboard new providers. You will identify, experiment with, and prioritize new growth tactics, messaging, and channels to achieve long-term scalability. Additionally, you will run omnichannel growth initiatives, evaluate their results through standard reporting mechanisms, and communicate findings cross-functionally within the organization. Establishing and managing key vendor relationships and partnering with technology and operations teams to translate sales insights into business improvements are also key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in consultative sales or quota-carrying growth roles within early-stage technology, healthcare, or similar environments. Experience selling to providers such as doctors, nurses, therapists, or specialists is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to convert datasets into digestible insights and actionable decisions. A deeply analytical mindset, with proficiency in SQL or comparable capabilities, is highly desirable. A willingness to develop and implement creative lead generation tactics, constantly iterating based on outcomes, is crucial for success in this position.

This is a remote position with regular in-person bonding experiences sponsored by the company. The base salary range for this role is $50,000 to $65,000, with an additional commission component.
