Property Manager (m/w/d)
Eurofins Finance Transactions Germany GmbH is seeking a Property Manager (m/w/d) to join our team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for tenant management, including marketing vacant apartments, evaluating potential tenants, managing lease agreements, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, and handling eviction proceedings. Additionally, you will plan regular maintenance work, perform emergency repairs, and oversee renovations to maintain the properties. Financial management duties include collecting rent, setting rental prices, budgeting, paying invoices, and preparing financial reports for property owners. Ensuring compliance with local laws and housing regulations, maintaining records, and addressing tenant complaints are also key aspects of the position.
The ideal candidate will have completed commercial training or hold a degree, with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience. Practical experience with MS Excel is essential, along with fluency in German and English. A strong affinity for IT, analytical thinking, basic accounting knowledge, excellent communication skills, and enjoyment of working in a small team are also required.
