Property & Construction Solicitor / Senior Solicitor
Chapman Tripp is seeking a Property & Construction Solicitor or Senior Solicitor to join its esteemed national Property, Construction & Major Projects team in Wellington. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside leading Partner Greg Wise, providing legal services to top-tier national clients, including government departments and large corporate entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all aspects of property law, encompassing development, acquisitions, disposals, syndications, procurement, leasing, and infrastructure projects. The role involves engaging directly with clients, managing files, and contributing to the successful delivery of diverse and complex property transactions.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) with exposure to commercial property law. Essential attributes include strong communication and collaboration skills, commercial acumen, and a client-focused approach.
