Project Manager (Tokenomics & DeFi - Network Relaunch)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Project Manager to lead the relaunch of a partner protocol's Version 2 (V2), focusing on token migration and network enhancements. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless transition and successful execution of the project, requiring a deep understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) mechanics and token models.

The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the V2 protocol launch and token migration process, managing cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications, collaborating with stakeholders to align project goals and strategies, conducting risk assessments, and developing mitigation strategies for project challenges. Continuous monitoring of project progress and reporting status, progress, and outcomes to management and key stakeholders are also essential duties.

Candidates should have proven experience in project management, ideally within the DeFi or blockchain space, and a strong understanding of tokenomics and decentralized finance mechanisms. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Attention to detail, strong problem-solving capabilities, experience working in cross-functional teams, and a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience are also necessary.
