Project Manager / Project Engineer

Franki Foundations, a subsidiary of the international BESIX Group, is a leader in the deep foundations market in Belgium. To strengthen its Projects team, Franki Foundations is seeking a Project Manager/Project Engineer to oversee and coordinate project activities from conception to completion.

In this role, the Project Manager/Project Engineer will actively participate in project design and proposal drafting, ensuring optimal planning and preparation. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects, monitoring budgets, and regularly tracking project costs. Serving as the primary point of contact, they will facilitate effective information sharing among clients, architects, study offices, project owners, and support services.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture within the construction field. While junior profiles are accepted, prior experience in the construction sector is advantageous. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is required. Key competencies include autonomy, organization, solution orientation, teamwork, integrity, strong relational and commercial skills, high organizational abilities, digital proficiency, and tender management.
