Project Manager (f/m/d)
Awin is seeking a Project Manager to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and support cross-functional initiatives across business, finance, operations, and technology. This role is ideal for a generalist who enjoys working across teams and disciplines, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to projects while developing project management expertise. The position reports to the Lead Program Manager and is part of a globally distributed PMO team.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects, defining and enforcing project documentation and governance frameworks, serving as the primary point of contact for projects, monitoring project health using metrics and KPIs, presenting updates to senior management, assessing emerging risks, and supporting analysis, planning, and change activities. The role also involves owning professional development and contributing to the ongoing development of PMO standards, tools, and ways of working.
Candidates should have over four years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced, international environments, with a preference for experience in digital marketing or e-commerce. A Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) or relevant degree with applied knowledge of advanced methodologies is required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, adaptability to different project environments, analytical and strategic thinking, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
