Project Manager-Environment Testing, Horsham, PA
Eurofins is seeking a Project Manager I to join our Environment Testing team at our Horsham, PA laboratory. This full-time position involves coordinating and managing clients' projects through all phases of laboratory operations, including project setup, sample receipt, reporting, and invoicing. The role is integral to fostering and developing client relationships in support of the laboratory's mission.
Key responsibilities include setting up projects in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), managing purchase orders and contracts, coordinating with operations to ensure adequate capacity for incoming work, and communicating project details to clients and internal teams. The Project Manager I will also handle sample receipt, review login information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting and invoicing to clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA in Chemistry, Sciences, or a related field, with 6-12 months of client relationship or customer service experience. Additional laboratory training in methods and quality assurance across multiple departments is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with effective time management and organizational abilities, are essential. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship is also required.
