Project Manager

BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our development team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that challenge conventional formats and deliver impactful results.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and forecasting project execution. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating development teams, tracking time and efforts, providing regular status reports, managing project risks, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in IT project management, with excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban frameworks. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, and strong verbal communication skills are essential. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and possess problem-solving skills are crucial. An upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English is required.
