Project Management Officer - Lead

The Project Management Officer - Lead at Eurofins Biomnis is a strategic role responsible for leading and enhancing the Project Management Office. Key responsibilities include establishing and embedding best-practice project management frameworks, supporting business case development, managing the project portfolio, and developing project management tools and templates. The role also involves overseeing end-to-end project lifecycle delivery, monitoring budgets and timelines, providing performance reporting to senior leadership, and facilitating stakeholder communication and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in science, business, management, or engineering, with proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Familiarity with project management frameworks, tools like or Microsoft Project, and risk management practices is essential. Professional experience should include managing project lifecycles, resource management, and preferably experience in lab testing or a related field. Essential soft skills encompass leadership, communication, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and adaptability.
