The role also involves overseeing the end-to-end delivery of large, primarily local brand partnership projects, coordinating cross-departmental teams to ensure campaigns exceed client expectations. Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for key clients, the Project Management Lead ensures smooth communication and best-in-class service throughout the project lifecycle, proactively identifying upsell opportunities and strengthening long-term client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in a relevant role, ideally within a media owner, agency, or creative/digital agency. They should possess extensive client-facing experience, strong people management skills, and a proven track record in planning and producing consumer-facing events. Excellent strategic and analytical skills, the ability to create engaging stories out of data, and fluency in English are essential. A passion for branded content and innovative ideas, along with a confident, self-starting attitude, are also key attributes.
