Project Coordinator Water & Heat
BESIX Unitec is seeking a Project Coordinator for its Water & Heat division, specializing in high-quality infrastructure solutions. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing execution designs, assisting in drafting offers, and following up on permit applications and processes. Key duties include compiling application dossiers, liaising with clients to secure approvals, serving as the point of contact for site supervisors, monitoring project schedules, overseeing projects from inception to completion, reporting to the project leader, and conducting site visits for project preparation.
Candidates should possess a relevant higher education degree or equivalent experience, with prior experience in project follow-up and realization. The role requires independence, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively. Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, with French language skills considered an advantage. Flexibility regarding work hours and locations is necessary, as regular site visits are expected, along with occasional weekend work. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
