Project coördinator Milieu
As a Project Coördinator Milieu at Eurofins, you will play a pivotal role within the Customer Support department, acting as the essential link between our clients, account managers, laboratories, and transport services. Your primary responsibility is to ensure optimal service delivery to our environmental testing clients, providing expert advice on our digital portal, analysis packages, pricing structures, and logistical services.
Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and resolving incoming client inquiries and complaints within set timeframes, accurately documenting interactions in the CRM system, and performing general administrative duties. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our Customer Support processes. Utilizing your chemical expertise and analytical thinking, you will serve as a knowledgeable partner for the laboratory, effectively translating research possibilities into concrete solutions for our clients.
To excel in this role, you should possess a bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field, with initial experience in a laboratory or consultancy being advantageous. You should exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude, communicate clearly and concisely in Dutch and English (with French being a significant plus), and embody qualities such as collaboration, environmental awareness, proactivity, quality orientation, customer focus, stress resilience, and strong communication skills.
