CannonDesign is seeking a Project Architect IV to lead the development of technical aspects and content for various healthcare projects. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated deliverables and compliance through collaboration. The position is based in Seattle, Washington.

In this role, the Project Architect IV will lead design, production, coordination, and architectural detailing as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities include coordinating engineering systems with engineers and consultants, partnering with design leadership to carry through design intent, and preparing design sketches of moderate to complex site plans. Effective communication of project status, design intent, and construction updates to owners, consultants, and clients is essential. The role also involves participating in business development activities and maintaining positive client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidates should possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 8 years of related professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in large, complex healthcare projects. Current architectural registration in the United States is required, with CDT and LEED accreditation preferred. Strong knowledge of building codes and requirements, business acumen, critical thinking, and analytical skills are essential. Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software is required.

The salary range for this position is $101,800 to $127,300 annually. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
