As a member of the programmatic team at Monks, you will play a consultative role, advising clients on industry trends and helping them leverage various technology solutions to optimize their advertising spend for long-term value. Given the rapid pace of technological advancements, clients rely on our team's strategic knowledge of the digital advertising space and platform expertise to achieve impactful results.

In this role, you will manage the execution and performance of social, search, display, video, and mobile advertising campaigns throughout the entire account management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include client and team relationship management, campaign optimization, and media planning. Additionally, you will advise clients on industry trends and the competitive landscape, aligning their needs with our solutions and processes to create efficient workflows that help them achieve their goals and uncover opportunities for sustained value.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing paid media campaigns in a technology company or as an end-advertiser, with proficiency in programmatic platforms such as DV360, Campaign Manager, and/or The Trade Desk. A consultative approach to developing and managing business relationships is essential, along with innovative thinking to bring ideas and strategies to life. Flexibility, versatility, and a drive to acquire new skills are important, as is the ability to work autonomously with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with search platforms like Google Ads, SA360, or Amazon, as well as knowledge of social platforms such as Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, or others. Strong data analysis abilities, with experience in Google Analytics and Data Studio, are also desirable.
