Programmatic Manager, GOC
The Programmatic Manager, GOC at WPP Media is a pivotal role within the Global Operations Centre, collaborating with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a multicultural environment. WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, integrating media, data, and partnerships to provide creative personalization at scale.
Key responsibilities include developing strong relationships with regional teams, enforcing programmatic best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery, and serving as a point of escalation for the team. The role also involves line managing 2-5 direct reports, providing timely and actionable feedback to aid in their development and recognizing jobs well done.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, an advanced English level (B2–C2), and at least 3 years of experience implementing and optimizing programmatic campaigns in platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Mediamath, Xandr, and other DSPs. A minimum of 1 year of previous leadership experience and strong analytical and numerical skills are also required.
