The Senior Laboratory Analyst position at Eurofins involves supporting the technical coordination of laboratory operations and leading a team of junior and mid-level technicians, assistants, and interns. Key responsibilities include initiating team leadership with support from area coordination, supervising analytical procedures such as weighing and homogenization, participating in validation processes, and communicating with the sample registration area regarding samples in processing. The role also involves defining analysis priorities in collaboration with coordinators or the commercial area, training new professionals, reviewing and validating analytical results, coordinating proficiency tests, and managing laboratory equipment maintenance. Additionally, the analyst ensures proper documentation, supervises analysis planning in the LIMS system, and updates quality management procedures.
Candidates must possess a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields, with a specialization in the area considered a plus. An advanced or fluent level of English and basic Spanish are required. Applicants should have 5 to 9 years of experience and advanced knowledge in their field of expertise.
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from BRL 5,500 to BRL 7,000.
