Program Manager, Tech Ops
As the Program Manager for Tech Operations at Monks, you will report to the Associate Director of Tech Operations and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to address critical technical challenges for our clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of technical releases and the efficient management of technology requests and projects.
Key responsibilities include overseeing technical release management by coordinating across teams to ensure smooth and timely execution, managing the release calendar and ticket lifecycle to maintain visibility and prevent conflicts, and communicating releases to the organization and senior leaders. Additionally, you will manage the intake process for new technology requests, create automation for data flows into tools like AirTable, oversee document management across platforms such as Confluence and SharePoint, and support organizational communications by creating presentation decks and coordinating input from multiple teams. You will also support onboarding activities related to organizational data and deliver reporting on release, intake, and prioritization processes to inform decision-making at all leadership levels.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least three years of experience in the tech industry in roles such as project management, release management, or business operations. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to new technologies and evolving processes. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, initiative to drive projects independently, effective communication with various stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and teamwork are also key attributes for success in this position.
