Program Manager, GTM and Release Management
Role Summary
We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the cross-functional planning and execution of product go-to-market activities, version releases, and process improvement initiatives. This role is responsible for aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Operations, and Enablement around a clear launch and release framework that drives readiness, adoption, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with practical experience in product launches, release planning, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement methodologies. This person will build repeatable processes, improve execution quality, and ensure products and releases move from planning to launch in a structured and scalable way.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Program Management
- Lead end-to-end program management for product launches, feature launches, and major version releases
- Build and manage integrated GTM plans across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Enablement, and Operations
- Define launch scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, and success criteria
- Drive cross-functional readiness for internal and external launch activities
- Ensure launch deliverables are completed on time, with clear accountability and escalation paths
