Program Manager, GTM
Monks is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager to lead the operational backbone of our Generative AI (GenAI) and Shorts Go-to-Market (GTM) program. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of content creation on YouTube by launching innovative creator tools at scale. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Management, Creative, Social, PR, and Legal, to ensure seamless execution of high-visibility launches.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing operations and infrastructure to support a scalable, always-on GenAI and Shorts GTM program. The Program Manager will develop repeatable processes, systems, and workflows to streamline campaign execution from concept to launch. Additionally, they will oversee the day-to-day operations of live initiatives, acting as the central point of contact to ensure timelines are met, stakeholders are aligned, and strategic goals are achieved. Driving operational success across all workstreams, the Program Manager will manage project plans, meeting agendas, and cross-functional communications to facilitate seamless collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7+ years of experience in marketing program management, marketing operations, or a related role, with a focus on GTM strategies for consumer tech or creator products. A deep interest in and knowledge of the emerging generative AI and short-form video landscape and its applications in creative tools is essential. Proven experience in building and managing operational workflows and collaborating with Product, Marketing, Communications, and Creative teams at all levels is required. Exceptional project management skills, the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, and a proactive, autonomous work style are also necessary. Strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline are preferred.
