The Program Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and goals, develop and maintain project plans, and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

Key responsibilities include implementing and enforcing quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software solutions, planning thorough testing and validation, and collaborating with the engineering team to customize existing solutions to align with partner requirements. The Program Manager will also facilitate collaboration between project stakeholders and the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of customized solutions, possess a solid technical understanding of the engineering solution, and translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves ensuring effective resource allocation between different teams and addressing resource constraints to maintain project momentum.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a cloud-native software environment. A strong understanding of cloud technologies and architecture, excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders from different backgrounds, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Solid organizational and leadership abilities are also required.
