Program Manager

BrainRocket is seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. In this role, you will be responsible for stakeholder satisfaction and program management. Key duties include identifying and managing stakeholders for each project, maintaining regular communication regarding project progress and risks, facilitating decision-making processes, and gathering stakeholder feedback. Additionally, you will lead resource planning for development teams, manage scope changes, provide progress reports, oversee quarterly planning, and escalate risks to the Delivery Manager as needed.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in program or project management, particularly with mobile projects involving applications, platforms, and related technologies. Essential skills include project control and execution, change and stakeholder management, effective communication tailored to various audiences, conducting productive meetings, business process design, conflict resolution, strong negotiation abilities, and sound decision-making.
