Professional Services Consultant (Hybrid)
The Professional Services Consultant at KnowBe4 is a customer-facing role responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of KnowBe4's security awareness training solutions. This position involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless integration of KnowBe4's platform into their existing systems. As part of the Professional Services team, the consultant plays a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions that enhance clients' cybersecurity posture.
Key responsibilities include leading discovery sessions to gather client requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and overseeing the deployment process. The consultant serves as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and best practices to ensure successful adoption and operationalization of KnowBe4's products. This role also involves troubleshooting complex technical issues, conducting training sessions for client administrators, and ensuring that the implemented solutions meet both technical and business objectives.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Engineering, preferably within a SaaS or AI technology company. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is preferred. Familiarity with IT security concepts, AI/SaaS technologies, and experience with platforms like M365 or Google Workspace are advantageous. Strong technical discovery, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
