Divergent is seeking a High-Volume Production Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for key hourly and skilled-trade roles, including production technicians, CNC machinists, CNC programmers, quality technicians, and metrology specialists. This temporary position, based in Torrance, California, offers the potential to transition into a full-time role. The recruiter will collaborate directly with production leadership to anticipate workforce needs, build proactive pipelines, and ensure the consistent hiring of high-caliber talent to support the company's rapidly growing manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end recruiting for high-volume manufacturing and skilled-trade roles, partnering with production, manufacturing engineering, and quality leadership to define staffing needs, and developing and maintaining high-volume candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels. The recruiter will also screen candidates for technical competency and manufacturing environment fit, drive a fast and consistent hiring process, deliver a strong candidate experience, track and analyze hiring metrics, and support workforce-branding initiatives targeting skilled trades and manufacturing talent pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on high-volume manufacturing, skilled trades, or technical hourly roles. Demonstrated success in hiring production technicians, CNC machinists/programmers, quality inspectors, and metrology/precision measurement technicians is essential. Experience recruiting in advanced manufacturing, aerospace/defense, automotive, robotics, or similarly technical production environments is preferred. The candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation for this role ranges from $90,100 to $143,055 USD annually, depending on the candidate's level as evaluated through the interview process.
