Production Manager - F&B
The Production Manager, F&B Infrastructure at Fever is responsible for overseeing all physical, technical, and infrastructure aspects of the Food & Beverage (F&B) operations from a production standpoint. This role focuses on large-scale temporary builds, utilities, compliance, provider coordination, and on-site execution, ensuring that all F&B areas are safely delivered, fully operational, and aligned with the overall site build schedule and budget. The position does not involve commercial strategy, brand selection, or menu definition but concentrates on the physical delivery and technical execution of the F&B footprint.
Key responsibilities include translating the F&B master plan into a feasible production and infrastructure plan, defining structural needs for various F&B areas, assessing feasibility concerning space and utilities, and aligning F&B layouts with crowd flows and safety requirements. The role also involves leading procurement and coordination of structures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, overseeing technical drawings, and supervising installation and dismantling within the master build schedule. Additionally, the Production Manager coordinates power distribution, water supply, drainage, and waste management integration, acts as the main production point of contact for all F&B vendors regarding infrastructure, and ensures all F&B structures meet local regulations and permitting requirements.
The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in large-scale event production, particularly with complex F&B operations, and has a strong understanding of temporary structures, utilities, and site builds. Experience managing multiple vendors simultaneously, solid knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to operate in high-pressure environments are essential. Strong stakeholder management skills across operations, commercial, and technical teams are also required.
