Production Assistant
Fever, a leading global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment by supporting the production of high-quality experiences. The Production Assistant will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless execution of events and projects.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and managing travel and accommodation bookings for the Global Technical teams, supporting local recruitment efforts by posting job adverts and scheduling interviews, and managing diaries for the Global Production, Technical Production, and Creative teams. The role also involves taking minutes during weekly production meetings, organizing the global shared drive, issuing NDAs for new venues and suppliers, assisting the Creative department with drafting decks, and handling financial administrative duties such as raising purchase orders and tracking payments. Additionally, the Production Assistant will take ownership of Global Production Team administration, including organizing team socials and managing shared drive folders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the live event production or entertainment industry as a Production Assistant. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A solution-focused mindset, strong logistics planning skills for global travel and accommodation, and a basic understanding of technical production requirements are also important. Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly to new concepts are highly valued. Experience in outdoor or large-scale events and working with major studios or IP holders would be advantageous.
