Product Technical Program Management - Weights & Biases
As a Product Technical Program Manager at CoreWeave, you will lead the execution of customer-facing features such as Models, Weave, and other emerging products within the Weights & Biases platform. This role involves close collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to drive programs from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong adoption. CoreWeave is a cloud service provider specializing in AI infrastructure, offering scalable and reliable platforms that support the full machine learning lifecycle.
In this position, your key responsibilities will include translating product strategy into clear delivery plans, managing dependencies and risks, and ensuring that product launches deliver measurable customer and business impact. You will drive alignment and execution across highly technical, cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI/ML products used by researchers, engineers, and enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 7 years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in SaaS, Cloud, or ML/AI environments. Demonstrated experience in delivering customer-facing product features end-to-end, leading cross-functional programs, and establishing program mechanisms such as execution forums and launch readiness reviews is essential. Strong written communication skills, including program documentation and executive-level updates, are also required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary range of $188,000 to $275,000, determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. The total rewards package also includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program.
