Product Owner [Serbia]

BrainRocket is seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Belgrade, Serbia. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that meet diverse client needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog by formulating and prioritizing items aligned with critical business objectives. You will define sprint objectives, review and approve development work, and ensure effective communication between the development team and stakeholders. Additionally, you will gather and maintain functional and non-functional requirements, create and manage epics and user stories, and participate in OKR planning.

The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, such as Business Analyst or System Analyst. Technical proficiency in requirements lifecycle, product backlog management, product development architecture, API integrations, and Agile methodologies is essential. Strong communication, analytical, decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills are also required. Professional certification like PSPO Level 1 is a plus but not mandatory.
