Product Owner
BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we pride ourselves on innovation and rapid execution. With a team of 1,300 professionals, we have established a strong presence in multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with key business objectives. Your day-to-day activities will include defining sprint goals, gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements, and leading Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. You will also maintain clear communication with stakeholders to secure approval on key decisions and directions.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, with direct ownership of requirements. Proven experience in large-scale and complex projects involving both backend and frontend development is essential. A strong understanding of the full requirements lifecycle, backlog management, API integrations, and product architecture is required. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, along with an advanced level of English, are also necessary.
