Product Owner (Associate - Senior/Lead Level Available)

Cermaticom is seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of our product offerings. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, operations, sales, legal, and external partners, to drive product planning and execution. The Product Owner will be instrumental in defining product features, creating metrics to measure impact, and developing product roadmaps to realize the company's vision.

Key responsibilities include researching and analyzing product features, writing specifications for new features and enhancements, and serving as the primary driver of product planning and execution. The Product Owner will also be responsible for prototyping visions to convince stakeholders and rallying teams to achieve product goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a passion for data-driven product development, with excellent analytical skills. Attention to detail, strong planning and organizational abilities, and a proactive drive to make things happen are essential. Solid oral and written communication skills are also required.

Preferred qualifications include over three years of experience in product management within a strong tech company, with a track record of launching new products or improving existing ones to deliver significant business value. Experience as a product manager, software developer, UX designer, or project manager is advantageous. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Rust, Go, or Haskell is desirable. Prior experience in agile product development and advanced degrees like a Master's, PhD, or MBA are also beneficial.
