Product Owner [Armenia]
BrainRocket is seeking a Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Yerevan, Armenia. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded our presence in multiple countries. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to innovation and delivering impactful solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the product backlog, defining sprint objectives, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and the development team. Your day-to-day tasks will include gathering and verifying functional and non-functional requirements, refining backlog items, and reviewing the development team's work to ensure alignment with business objectives. Additionally, you will create and maintain epics, stories, and use cases, and participate in OKR planning.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Quality Assurance Analyst. Technical proficiency in areas like requirements lifecycle, product backlog management, product development architecture, Scrum and Agile methodologies, and user experience principles is essential. Strong communication skills in English, analytical abilities, organizational skills, and leadership qualities are also required. Professional certification such as PSPO Level 1 is a plus but not mandatory.
