About The Role
EliseAI is rapidly expanding into new product lines serving large, sophisticated customers, and we are investing heavily in how those products are built, launched, and scaled.
The Product Operations, Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in the development and rollout of products that drive the business forward. Functioning as an extension of the Product team, you will partner closely with Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Data, and Product Marketing to ensure successful launches. This position offers meaningful ownership over execution, quality, and iteration speed as we scale a fast-growing business line.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Implementation, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams to drive pilot execution from planning through to delivery and evaluation.
