Instawork is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is integral to our mission of creating economic opportunities for skilled hourly professionals by enhancing our AI-powered labor marketplace. As a Product Operations Analyst, you will collaborate closely with product, design, and operations teams to ensure our intelligent product features deliver maximum value and efficiency to our users.

In this position, you will support product rollouts and adoption by executing outreach and implementation plans for new features. Your responsibilities will include acting as a key tester for new product capabilities, documenting findings, sharing user feedback with the product team, and identifying areas for improvement. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of new features by tracking key metrics, analyzing user behavior, and summarizing insights to inform the product roadmap.

The ideal candidate is an early-career professional with up to two years of experience, possessing a passion for product and technology. You should be analytical and data-curious, comfortable with spreadsheets, and eager to learn data analysis tools such as SQL. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, hands-on approach are essential. While not required, familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, basic experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker, and previous internships or project work in a tech environment are advantageous.

The base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually and includes eligibility for equity in the form of stock options.
