Product Marketing Manager
The Product Marketing Manager at Mitratech is responsible for defining and driving market strategies for the company's HR Solutions. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will plan and execute successful product launches, equip the sales team with necessary tools and training, and gather customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing, with a preference for experience in HR technology. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Exceptional project and time management skills, along with a self-motivated attitude, are also required.
