Product Marketing Manager - Legacy CLM

Conga is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions within the Conga Advantage Platform. This role is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and reports to the Manager of Product Marketing. The Product Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Partner, and Customer Success, to drive the go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ensure the successful positioning of Conga's CLM offerings.

In this role, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that encompass market segmentation, customer journey analysis, integrated marketing campaigns, and compelling positioning and messaging content. They will also oversee partner programs and events, as well as sales enablement initiatives, to effectively communicate the value proposition of Conga's CLM solutions to business and IT decision-makers.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS sector, with a focus on marketing to business and IT influencers and decision-makers. Strong collaboration skills are essential, as the role requires building partnerships across various departments to define and execute GTM strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for articulating market needs, buyer personas, and product value propositions. A proactive approach to planning and the ability to adapt to changing market dynamics are also important.
