ABOUT YOUR ROLE
You'll join our Product Growth team to help build the mechanics that turn Heidi users into Heidi advocates.
Growth at Heidi isn’t about metric hacks or dark patterns. It’s about deeply understanding why users love Heidi and protecting and strengthening that at every touchpoint. You’ll work on some of the most important problems in the business. Every improvement you ship compounds across our entire user base.
You'll get reps across the full funnel — from distribution and virality to activation and monetisation — while developing the analytical rigour and product intuition that defines great PMs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Define the approach and strategy for your pod (Distribution, Engagement, Monetisation, or First Time Experience).
- Develop a clear understanding of Heidi’s future state and identify the obstacles between today and making that vision a reality.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship quickly and measure rigorously.
- Analyse user behaviour to uncover friction points and opportunities across the user journey.
